The Kinmel & Kinspa, Abergele

My stay was a mixed bag. The thermal spa was a highlight, although the pool temperature could have been warmer. The food was exceptional, exceeding my expectations, and the staff provided excellent service, particularly Nicola who was always around to assist. However, the bathroom had some wear and tear that could use attention, and it would have been nice if the pool area had been a bit warmer.

I recently enjoyed my stay at The Kinmel, where the attentive staff and high-quality food truly stood out. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I particularly loved the serene spa experience. However, there were a few hiccups, such as the initial confusion about our treatment timings and some facilities being unavailable. Overall, it was a memorable retreat with excellent service despite a couple of small downsides.

During my stay, I encountered some ups and downs. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and I found the spa to be a delightful experience with attentive staff. However, the dining aspect left much to be desired, especially after paying a premium. The location made it easy to explore the area, which was a plus, but some aspects could use improvement, particularly in terms of food quality.

I had a lovely one-night stay at this hotel, which has clearly improved following its renovation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my arrival pleasant. While the evening meal was superb, I found the breakfast to be a bit overcooked. Overall, it was a good experience with a few minor drawbacks, especially with the breakfast presentation and noise from neighboring rooms.
